Desmond accesses the Conference room laptop

The Abstergo Email Network is the internet email service used by Abstergo employees in the first Assassin's Creed. It is the Templar alternative to the Hephaestus Email Network used by Desmond Miles and the other Assassins in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood .

There are a total of three laptops, each containing emails sent to, from and deleted by its user. Desmond can gain access to each device through out the duration of the game. Each laptop requires a password. Access is granted to Lucy Stillman's first. Warren Vidic's second, once Desmond has pickpocketed Vidic's pen to discover his password. And finally the laptop in the conferance room, once Desmond has gained knowledge of it by reading an email to Vidic from the Security-Documents department of Abstergo.

Demond uses this network to gain valuable knowlege about the Abstergo Satallite launch, the mysterious death of Lucy's friend Leila Marino, Vidic's neglect of what he does with his pen, passwords sent to Vidic, information on previous Animus test Subjects, the rescue efforts of the Assassins writing in code to Lucy and news of other Pieces of Eden to name a few.

The only known users of this network so far are as follows:

Warren Vidic
