Assassin's Creed: Syndicate outfits

In Assassin's Creed: Syndicate, both Jacob and Evie Frye could alter their outfits in order to suit their needs.

	Shao Jun	Wear the proud colors of the Chinese Brotherhood with Shao Jun's streamlined garb.	Increase throwing knife damage by 30%.
	Nighthawk Outfit	A simple, comfortable cut, with a contrast hood that adds flair.	Decrease detection speed by 25%.
	Dr Daniel's Garments	Do not fear the exposed coils on this get-up. Exposure to electricity is good for the humours! I would not be so sanguine whithout my daily dosage, wot wot!	Increase voltaic bomb damages by 30%.

Behind the scenes

Like earlier Assassin's Creed games, legacy outfits will not display equipped capes or belts, but the bonus they provide will still be applied.

Unlike the previous games, alternate outfits can be dyed. However, there are still some exceptions, most notably the Legacy outfits.

This is the first game in the series in which Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad's robes are not available for use.

Baron Jordane's Finery is named after Jordane Thiboust, a developer with Ubisoft Quebec. ^{[citation needed]}

For outfits that feature a raised hood while crouched, such as the Outdoorsman outfit, a glitch can be used to keep the hood raised while standing up. To do this, players should find a moving boat on the River Thames containing enemy Blighters heading in the direction of the map boundaries. While crouched and having their hood raised, Jacob or Evie should alert a Blighter and engage in combat without killing the latter. When the boat approaches and passes through the Animus Wall while the player character is still standing on the boat, the game will automatically teleport them to solid ground standing upright, with their hood remaining raised. Pressing the crouch button, starting memory missions, or reloading the game will reset the glitch.
