:They’re covered by message boards. They’re flat out statues of Hermes, not herms, the rectangular pillars with the head (and phallus) of Hermes/Herakles/etc. Sadelyrate (siniath) 20:31, May 20, 2020 (UTC)

Here, you may discuss improving the article.

Conjecture

Doesn’t one of the loading screen blurbs mention them by name? Would that be enough to say it’s not conjecture? Lacrossedeamon (talk) 16:09, February 4, 2019 (UTC)

The blurb calls them "Unusual Distance Markers" and "Hermaic pillars". Not herma(e). Considered using the 'Hermaic pillar(s)', but figured that like with Charon, better go with the appropriate term. Sadelyrate (siniath) 16:48, February 4, 2019 (UTC)

They’re covered by message boards. They’re flat out statues of Hermes, not herms, the rectangular pillars with the head (and phallus) of Hermes/Herakles/etc. Sadelyrate (siniath) 20:31, May 20, 2020 (UTC)
