:I'm not sure. The closest I can find at the moment is [https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/1389564 this Ubisoft forums thread] by Sorrosyss of ''Access the Animus'' saying the comics are non-canon. - I'm not sure. The closest I can find at the moment is this Ubisoft forums thread by Sorrosyss of Access the Animus saying the comics are non-canon. I'm pretty sure they're definitely non-canon, though, since Chapter 6 says that the work of Seijin's mother Christie alone helped perfect the Animus, when all other AC media attributes the device to Warren Vidic, and I can't see Ubisoft easily retconning something so long established in a short manga not everyone can/will read without a large part of fandom voicing displeasure. – Darman (talk) 17:21, 19 June 2021 (UTC)
