Zhao Gao (趙高; died 207 BCE) was a Chinese eunuch who was a powerful advisor to the Qin dynasty's three successive rulers Qin Shi Huang, Qin Er Shi, and Ziying, and played an instrumental role in each of their downfalls.[1] During Qin Shi Huang's reign, Zhao was a political opponent of the general Meng Tian and often clashed with him in various debates.[2]
