The Xiphos of Peleus was a legendary xiphos obtained by the misthios Kassandra during the Peloponnesian War.
Allegedly belonging to Peleus, a King of the Myrmidons and father of Achilles in Greek mythology, the sword was kept in a chest in Artemisia Fort. It was retrieved by Kassandra when she visited the fort during the war.[1]
