To unlock the location on the map, the player must find a book that is in [[Sofia Sartor]]'s House. This will unlock Vlad the Impaler's Prison as a Hidden Tomb on the map. Approaching the Tomb's entrance,( A cemetery)Ezio will open the hidden door and enter the sewers, later manuevering through the prison and cistern and into a cavern with a cage attached to a chain from the ceiling. Having reached the top, the player would find Vlad the Imaler's tomb, and claim his sword.

Vlad the Impaler's Prison is a secret location included within Assassin's Creed: Revelations. It is available to those who purchase the Collector's Edition, the Animus Edition, the Signature Edition or the Ultimate Bundle Edition of the game.[1]
