Venice is a location in Assassin's Creed II. It is also the biggest city in Assassin's Creed II with 6 districts.

During the 15th century, Venice was a part of a republic: The Most Serene Republic of Venice (Venetian: (Serenìsima) Repùblica Vèneta or Repùblica de Venesia, Italian: Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia) or Venetian Republic, often referred to as La Serenissima, in reference to its title in Venetian. The republic itself extended to a part of the Northeastern Italy and the coasts of the Adriatic Sea.
