The Vanguard.

The Vanguard is a multiplayer character for the upcoming game Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

According to the image, she is a Cossack from Odessa, working for the Templars in order to stop the Ottomans from attacking her homeland. Her name is currently unknown, but she appears to wield an ax-like weapon.

What is known so far is that through her fierce loyalty to her homeland, the Templars manipulated her fear of being encroached upon by the Ottomans and offered her material wealth and power to sway her to their cause.
