Town Criers were public announcers that existed during the Colonial era. Assassins could bribe these criers in order to reduce their notoriety.
Trivia
- Unlike Heralds from previous Assassin's Creed installments, Town Criers could not be pickpocketed after being bribed. Nor do they attract large crowds as they did in former installments, and some held up newspapers.
