Rhodes is a city on the island of the same name, located in Greece. During the early 16th century, it became a location for the war between the Assassins and Templars.
Rhodes was also the home of the Deacon, Cyril of Rhodes.
Trivia
- Rhodes is not initially available in the Mediterranean Defense mini-game in Assassin's Creed: Revelations, but is unlocked when a match on each multiplayer map set in the city is played. The maps are Knight's Hospital, Souk and Ippokratous. Because of this, the achievement "Armchair General" is granted once the player controls all cities, with the exception of Rhodes, in Mediterranean Defense.
