Andrea Doria (or D'Oria) (30 November 1466 - 25 November 1560) was an Italian condottiero and admiral from Genoa.
In 1511, while being a captain in the Genoese navy, he fought to defend his city from French troops. To this end, he received the support of Ottoman Assassins sent from Constantinople by Ezio Auditore da Firenze.
