Leitos, alternatively Leitus, was a Thebian polemarch in Greek mythology who fought in the Trojan War.

During the course of the war Leitos was injured by Hektor, a Trojan prince and hero but despite his injuries, Leitos returned safely home, the only one of the Thebian leaders. He erected a stele in front of what later became the ancient polis Plataia.[1]
