The Ladas Bandit Camp was a bandit camp situated in a cave beside Patrai in Achaia, Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the camp was visited by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, who eliminated the bandits and claimed their valuables.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
The name of the camp may be a reference to an athlete named Ladas, who won won the first place in discus during one of the Olympic Games, and for that, a village in Messenia was named after him.[2]
