However, Jeanne was saved by the Assassin Brotherhood who had her young protegee, Fleur, willingly take her place. Geoffroy Thérage, an ancestor of Warren Vidic, was the executioner.
Fifteen years later, Jeanne, no longer linked to Consus, reconnected with an heartbroken Gabriel Laxart, with whom she produced at least one child.
