Jean de Metz, also known as Jean de Nouillonpont, (born c. 1398) was a French nobleman and Assassin active during the Hundred Years' War.

He was a companion of Jeanne d'Arc during the war against the English and their Templar allies, training and assisting Jeanne and her cousin Gabriel Laxart.
