Alethorp

Alethorp was a dwarven village in Vangrinn, Svartálfaheimr. During the Muspel invasion, the mill was taken over by both jötnar and Muspel warriors.

History

In Eivor Varinsdottir's visions of Odin's time in Svartalfheim, the Æsir lord Havi investigated the brewery to find Sindri, who had wandered out of Hodda Shelter and was suspected to be at the village brewery due to his love of its sweet mead. Havi entered a storehouse and concluded after seeing various clues that Sindri was captured, unsuccessfully tortured for the shelter's location, and then taken to the makeshift prison Jarnshus. Havi quickly left the town and ventured off to the prison.[1] Through his travels, Havi also found beneath the same storehouse a Book of Knowledge after solving a series of puzzles and learned the ability "Rage Axe".[2]
