The CtOS (Central Operating System) is a computer software package developed by the Blume Corporation that can successfully maintain full control of a city's entire information, security, and logistical networks and run them efficiently; the CtOS also maintains the criminal records and any personal data of every citizen in the city in which it is operating.
In late 2013, the Blume Corporation sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's CCO – Olivier Garneau – advertising the CtOS, and offering the possibility of having a localized system installed at the Montreal facility.
Trivia
- The CtOS and Blume Corporation form the basis of another of Ubisoft's intellectual properties – Watch Dogs – which is due to release in the Spring of 2014.
