Monsieur Chapperon (died 1771) was a textiles merchant in eighteenth century Louisiana who worked for the Templars by keeping the area's prices for the trade favorable to them, making a profit in the process. When the Assassin Aveline de Grandpré found out about this, she swiftly assassinated Chapperon.
