The Cave of Rhea was a cave dedicated to the Titaness Rhea in Zeus' Playground in Messara, Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the cave had been overrun by the Followers of Ares, as the Spartan misthios Kassandra found out as she explored the place. She slew the leader of the followers, freed their prisoners, and claimed their valuables.[1]
