A black market dealer is an individual who illegally sells weapons or components of weapons via a black market. Because of the prohibited nature of higher grade weapons, clandestine organizations such as the Templars and Assassins sometimes rely on these arms traffickers for their equipment.[1]
Black arms dealers were prominent during the 16th century in Constantinople where they supplied Ottoman Assassins with ingredients for their bombs.[1]
