"Well, well. Seems our esteemed guest has deigned grace us wit' 'is presence! You might want to head back to your quarters. Top deck's no place for Tender Parnells."
―Graves to Haytham Kenway, 1754.[src]-[m]

Hector Graves was a crew member aboard the Providence during its voyage from London to Boston in 1754.

Biography

On the second day of the voyage, Hector spent time chatting with fellow crew members Quill and Louis Mills on the ship deck. He later became involved in a brawl with Haytham Kenway, a Templar who had chartered passage aboard the Providence. Despite wielding a knife, Hector was ultimately defeated by Haytham before the fight was broken up by the ship's captain, Samuel Smythe.[1]

Following this, Hector continued to go about his duties until the Providence reached the British American colonies. He was one of the many members of the crew that wished to mutiny against Smythe, but never did.[1]
