The Windermere was a large British warship that sailed around the Bahamas during the 1770s. It carried a mysterious shipment that caught the interest of the Templar Order.

In 1773, the Assassins Ratonhnhaké:ton and Robert Faulkner used their flagship, the Aquila, to track and destroy the Windermere and her fleet.[1]
