The whip was a weapon that was used by the French-African Assassin, Aveline de Grandpré. Aveline gained the whip after she defeated the slave master in Chichen Itza.

The whip was utilized by Aveline for combat, where she would pull an enemy closer to her and then kill them, similar to Connor's rope darts. In addition, Aveline also utilized the whip to navigate across several routes and rooftops, using it to swing from out of reach beams.
