Wang Luoqing (王洛卿)was a Chinese eunuch that served in the court of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang.

In 757, Wang Luoqing was sent by the higher-ranking eunuch Gao Lishi to Wangxian Palace in Xianyang, ahead of the Emperor's silent evacuation from Chang'an during the An Lushan Rebellion. There, he was ordered to make food prepations from the palace's food storage and reserves, and receive the imperial convoy upon their arrival. However, Wang Luoqing secretly conspired with the local magistrate and emptied the storeroom of its contents, leaving not a single grain of rice. He then escaped with the magistrate before the imperial escort arrived.[1]

Indeed, after Gao Lishi arrived at the palace with Chao Heng and two guards, he was furious to learn of Wang Luoqing's treachery, for the Emperor and the escort were famished and had nothing to eat.[1]
