&nbsp The Varangians are a guard archetype in Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Similarly to the Almogavars, they are an exclusively Byzantine archetype. They are the equivalent of the "Seeker" archetype from previous installments, as they fight and wield halberds as seekers did.
