Simon Swins (died 1888) was one of Jack the Ripper's lieutenants working in City of London, London. In November 1888, Arthur Weaversbrook asked the Assassin Evie Frye to deal with Jack's lieutenants gathered at the Cannon Street station, and Evie did so effectively, after scaring Simon Swins' bodyguards.[1]
