He was skilled at manipulation, often capable of bending the truth so that the workers of the Chichen Itza camp believed they would eventually earn back their land through slave labor and excavation research.

Rafael Joaquín de Ferrer (1730s - 1769) was a member of the Templar Order and the most trusted agent of the "Company Man". He was entrusted with the transportation and management of slaves to a Templar work camp in Mexico to excavate First Civilization artifacts.
