Lysistrata was an individual that the Templars often relied on for her seductive charisma in influencing Ottoman officials and visiting monarchs. Her favored weapon was the dagger.[1] She escapes from Ezio and the assassin you are with in part 1 of the mission by using a smoke bomb and saying, "Not this time!"
In 2012, her genetic memories were used by the Templar company Abstergo Industries, for the training of their Animus recruits, under the title of the Thespian.
