Josquin des Prez (c. 1450/1455 – 27 August 1521) was a Flemish Renaissance composer. He worked, among others, for Ercole I d'Este, Duke of Ferrara.

In 2012, he was included in a mnemonic set in Abstergo Industries' Project Legacy. The set Joqsuin was a part of, entitled "Composers," also included Vincenzo Galilei, Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, and Adrian Willaert.[1]
