Dulcamara was a Venetian expatriate and jester in Constantinople, who performed tasks for the Templars after his antics caused the ruin of a Sultan's beloved vizier. Unlike his French counterpart, Cahin, he used a single khanjar dagger to kill his unfortunate victims.

In 2012, his genetic memories were used by the Templar company Abstergo Industries in the training of their Animus recruits, under the title of the Jester.
