The CtOS (Central Operating System) is a computer software package developed by the BLUME Corporation that can successfully maintain full control of a city's entire information, security, and logistical networks and run them efficiently; the CtOS also maintains the criminal records and any personal data of every citizen in the city in which it is operating.

In late 2013, the BLUME Corporation sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's COO - Olivier Garneau - advertising the CtOS, and offering the possibility of have a localized system installed at the Montreal facility.

Trivia

  • The CtOS and BLUME Corporation form the basis of another Ubisoft IP - Watch Dogs - which is due to release sometime in 2014.
