This database entry from the 2015 video game Assassin's Creed: Syndicate features transcription errors from Ubisoft. The in-game subtitles render Consus' line about the Swords of Eden as "When I was flesh, I apprenticed with Hephaestus, the maker. The War of Unification raged. We created devastating Swords to end it, but then...killed. I created Shrouds, to heal.", but the text file labelled <String ID="697759"> reveals that the script actually reads as correctly written above.
