Months ago, the Brotherhood received disturbing reports of a former Assassin turned renegade nicknamed Colubra. The latter is hidden deep in the jungles of  the Khmer kingdom of Cambodia where she has led a group of warriors and seem to sow terror among the local populations. Very worrying rumors are circulating:
Colubra is said to possess an Apple of Eden, an extremely powerful artifact that the Templars are actively seeking. It would be a disaster if this artifact fell into their hands. Not to mention the fact that this group is giving the Brotherhood a very bad reputation...


A group of less experienced Assassins has been sent to investigate, but they haven't been heard from in months and the Brotherhood is not optimistic about their fate... This is why they have put you in charge of the critical mission to find the Assassins who preceded you, to put an end to Colubra's actions in the most discreet way possible and to recover any artifacts the renegade may possess.

At the other end of the village, you see a few women gathered around a sick bed. The livid woman lying there seems to be Shao Jun.

==Debrief==
You allowed Colubra to destroy the Apple, but it was at the cost of sacrificing her life. She went into the Isu Temple and you know she'll never come out, and neither will the Apple.
 
Isabel, the renegade Assassin known as Colubra, is no more. You have accomplished your mission, but her end leaves you with a bitter taste.
 
Even though you didn't get the Apple back, you understood and accepted that the best thing to do was to make it disappear forever.
 
It is now that you realize that Isabel only ever fought for the people around her, those who no one would fight for. In the end, she made the ultimate sacrifice, like a true Assassin. You will remember her forever...
