Yazid was a merchant who operated out of his stall at the marketplace of Adulis, Aksumite Kingdom during the 9th century. He was a friend to Fuladh Al Haami and Nibris. Upon Fuladh's return to Adulis, Yazid met with his old friend to inform him that Nibris had been taken by a mad general who was forcibly conscripting men into his army and was being held at the city's slaughter district.[1]
