Eivor wearing the Mythical version of the set

Thegn's Set was an armor set used by thegns in England during the 9th century. During the late 9th century, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan collected all five pieces of this set, looting them at different locations.[1]
