Arnolfo di Cambio (c. 1240 – 1300 or 1310) was an Italian architect and sculptor from Tuscany.

In 1296, Arnolfo designed the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence, although work on the building would take over a century.^[1] In 1299, he began construction on the Palazzo della Signoria, incorporating the tower of the previous structure into its facade.^[2]^[3]
