Testikles' Nutcracker was a war hammer found in the simulation of the Underworld. Testikles was so jealous of his half-brother Testiklos the Nut, that he had ordered an exact replica of Testiklos' weapon to be made.
The Spartan misthios Kassandra obtained this war hammer after she confirmed the kill on Testikles when he got murdered by two Hounds of Hades.[1]
