A temple is a structure which functions as a place for religious rituals and services. A temple dedicated to Western Christianity is more specifically known as a church, while a temple of Islam is commonly known as a mosque, a temple dedicated to Judaism is called as a Synagogue, a temple dedicated to Buddhism is called a Pagoda, and a Temple dedicated to Paganism is just called a Pagan Temple.
