Lemay initially started her career in 1997 by working with Ubisoft as a Graphic Designer before going freelance into other areas of the computer game industry. She briefly returned to Ubisoft in 2005 for 2 years before going freelance again but returned to Ubisoft in 2010 to work on a number of projects.
