The Oil Workshop was the shop of the Oil Merchant in Thebes within Cursed Land of Oedipous in Boeotia, Greece.
Providing oil to a number of customers, including the local athlete and the champion of Boeotia, Drakon, the Oil Workshop was a key location in the agora of Thebes. Thence the Oil Merchant with the help of his beloved horse Spyro distributed oil, which was widely used in ancient Greece.[1]
During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited the place and met the merchant.[2]
