The Forest Hideout was a bandit site located in eastern East Anglia, England.

Throughout her journey, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir was led to the bandit camp after recovering all the clues pertaining to the identity of The Ash-Spear, also known as Gifle. Inspecting the camp, she found the Order Palatinus among his fellow bandits. Quickly, she assassinated Gifle and acquired his medallion from his personal effects.[1] Along her search, Eivor also found a chest within a stall and recovered one of the Ulfberht blades, the Carolingian Longsword.[2]
