Defender's Rest was a Frankish military camp in northern Paris, West Francia.
History[edit | edit source]
In 886, jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan and jarl Sigfred of the Elgring Clan led an assault on the camp with his warriors to secure a place for his catapults. On top of the rooftops near Defender's Rest, Eivor and Sigfred initiated the attack and killed every Frankish soldier within the area. Afterwards, Sigfred managed to prepare his catapults for the planned siege of Paris.[1]
Eivor later returned to the camp and found a locked chest. After finding the key, she unlocked the chest and retrieved the Paladin Chainmail.[2]
