Subject_16* here. Yeah I agree with you, I think the crew of the A.C franchise have a unique ability to provoke you into beliving the fantastic, yet fictional story they intertwine with historical realisms. That sense of myth and legend, the storytales we were told as kids, have been given the ability by an intelligent and considerate team to mature as we did, into something totally relatable, and in a way believeable. I mean at times throughout the games I have found myself thinking 'well maybe that could happen', almost wanting to believe, and thats when I feel a game becomes a success. When you wish it was a reality and that you were the 'hero', for lack of a better word.
My favorite A.C game would have to be A.C 2 aswell. I can just remember my first time walking through the streets of Firenze, listening to a geniously composed soundtrack, amoung a city that felt as if it was truly alive and 100% authentic, something I had never experienced before, It just blew me away, just a cracker of a game.
Big fan of the Star Wars saga too. Anything with multiple layers to decipher and things which have been considered enough for it to almost feel alive, I really appreciate.
Thanks again for the message, nice to know theres more like me out there!ha
Talk to you again soon,

What makes you think AC ended with Brotherhood and every game since that was shamefull. What makes a good game for you? its certainly not the emersive story, freedom in gameplay, portraying assassins living in accurate times of history assassinating real historical fiqures, vastly differences in gameplay mechanics then any other game series, an open world series that lets you kill your enemies with immense variety using skill, an amazing musical soundtrack, being able to replay these games many times while still having room to change the gameplay greatly or how true the games are to their lore and universe while still being fun. Good games are not just fun games, its what the game represents and what you get out of it. Call of duty's only lore is fun and nothing else is that what all games should be like? fun does get boring any way but not if it is varied. If you dont like AC fine but it is hardly dead.
