And honestly, the historical parts are the main draw. I don't see Desmond, Juno, Minerva, William, Shaun, or even Haytham on the box. I didn't even know who Desmond was until I bought the game. The sci-fi elements weren't going to even orginally be in the game, and it isn't even an original idea to begin with.
