A brief addition: The fact that Ubisoft can't model a character with a proper beard. It seems they think that beards only exist on the chinline only.

On viewing the gameplay trailer for AC4BF, I literally just pieced together that Blackbeard's face is recycled from the model of Israel Putnam.
