I must say that I believe that Altaïrs story was the saddest, at young age he lost his father, he had to witness a suicide, later, the mentor who had become a father figure for him, betrayed him, he was then betrayed by Abbas, Sef and his wife got killed in front of him, and he lost Masyaf.
