No, modern NYC wouldn't be even remotely interesting. Not after +2000 games in last 15 years used it as a sandbox setting, from Prototype, through all Spider-Man games, to Crysis 2.

Let's go the other way for once, and memorize a layout of a city other than NY. Let's see Moscow.
