What I don't get, is how is Skyrim on one disc? (For Xbox)

Also, Desynch if you don't skin them? That's BS. In RDR, when you're chasing a herd of deer you will lose track of where and when you killed a few (at least I do) I dont't really understand why we will desynch if we don't skin dead animals.
