I was looking through my inventory in AC Brotherhood, and came across Aconite. Here is the description: "Sometimes known as the queen of poisons, aconite is a highly lethal alkaloid KNOWN TO CAUSE SYMPTOMS OF CARDIAC ARREST. Ezio could of been poisoned with Aconite, which explains the clutching of his chest and panting
